Working in male-dominated industries means most of my work environments have felt unbalanced and my approach is often deemed unconventional. I believe we need more diversity in all its facets, including more female energy in teams and more women at the decision-making tables. I build workplaces that honour people and bring balance to decisions,
and I aim to inspire women to challenge the status quo and lead from a place of connection, courage and conviction.

Femme Palette
Femme Palette helps people, teams, and companies thrive through mentorship, a personalized approach to career development. The core of our mentoring program is a 1:1 personal and inclusive approach, since everyone is different and has different needs. We believe that the best way for someone to learn and grow in their roles is through exposure to experience and guidance from people who were once in the same situation.

Bridge for Billions creates, designs and manages entrepreneurship programs to encourage diversity and inclusivity. It aims to create a world where anyone regardless of race, gender, location or background can have the opportunity to become an entrepreneur.
