For as long as I can remember, I have felt the urge to reimagine the status quo and create the new. At age 5 I built my first creative “business” in my Grandma’s kitchen and I have kept building ever since.
Today, I help teams who are ready for Radical Innovation turn strategy into results,
and women who are ready to lean in explore what it means to be a Female Leader.
About me
In a world that is becoming increasingly complex, getting future-ready often means radical change. It requires us to leave behind the familiar and embrace the unknown.
Finding a company’s North Star and getting teams into the flow state to put ambitious plans into action is my superpower. Thanks to my background in economics and arts, my approach combines creativity and structure, strategy and empathy. Always dedicated, often surprising, never stagnant.
I have successfully used this superpower in a wide range of industries including FMCG, Financial Services, Healthcare and the Public Sector, to deliver first of its kind innovation, launch into new ways of working and unlock hidden talent.
