My experience

Leading, mentoring, and working with teams across Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific over the past 15 years has fueled my curiosity about the secret ingredient for business success.

Why do some teams struggle to perform while others thrive and continuously reinvent themselves, especially in times of crisis? 

Change is successful if you plan it well, value the people involved, communicate properly, and act with integrity.

As an entrepreneur turned management consultant and executive, I have mentored more than 100 teams through innovation and change. My journey includes serving clients as a management consultant, earning a doctorate with a scholarship from MIT, and becoming a certified conflict mediator and systemic coach.

These experiences have become my playbook for successful change management, which I use daily to help organizations change for the better—team by team, venture by venture.
